Bloo’s Buffet strives to provide dog’s and their owners with the best possible quality of product and service.
It is important to note the following:

All Bloo’s Buffet products have been developed and created only for canine consumption.

Please adhere to the storage and feeding instructions.
Serving suggestions & ingredients are only daily guidelines, please consult your vet if you are unsure of your dog’s dietary requirements and/or allergies. Portion sizes, ingredients & ratios may vary.
Bloo’s Buffet is under no obligation to share product recipes or methods with any other person.

Please allow 5-7 days for receipt of your order. In the unlikely event of a delay in product delivery, Bloo’s Buffet will notify the purchaser and agree on a new delivery date and time. If the delivery address provided is incorrect, Bloo’s Buffet will not be held liable for any delayed or non-delivery of its products. Bloo’s Buffet will endeavour to keep to the date & time-slot that is convenient and agreed upon with the purchaser, however changes to or failure to collect upon delivery (without 24 hour notice) will result in the purchaser having to pay a re-delivery fee. Delivery fees are dependent on area where located & delivery routes.

Pricing of all products and delivery fees are subject to change without any notice. Payment in full is due before any product can be delivered. A strict non-refundable and no exchange policy is applicable to all products.

Bloo’s Buffet will not be liable for the expiry or loss of any product, nor for injury, loss, illness or death to any pet and/or its owner.
